  • Job Information: (Job Name, Address, Square Footages)
  • Building plans showing type of construction, window types and sizes, door types and sizes
  • Site plan or North arrow
  • Elevation views desirable but not required
  • Residential Additions require existing building plan with construction type, window/door types and sizes, and the year built
  • Describe proposed heating, air conditioning and hot water system
